What I Do

RFP/RFI/RFQ Handling

• Efficiently Handle RFPs/RFIs/RFQs including SoW/Proposal development. • Analyze and understand customer's detailed requirements in order to develop the optimum win strategy and associated appropriate level of response in order to successfully bid and win contract. • Involvement with Technical, Sales & Delivery team to develop a competitive & cost-effective solution that maximizes value to the customer and considers constraints such as budget, timelines, local market, and meeting customer requirements. • Effectively drive internal reviews with Sr. Management on pursuit strategy, solution design, risk analysis etc.

Business Development

• Take the lead in local ecosystem development: Assess and develop market opportunities and competitive landscape for products and services. Develop business models to capture market opportunities and validate with relevant parties. • Identification, development and management of new business leads: Identification of commercial opportunities & service synergies, to build and present solutions, building solid relationships and negotiating contracts to a successful closure. • Drive Profit Growth: Managing the end to end sales cycle, pitch client-led solutions and build realistic and actionable commercial proposals in order to grow our profit margins results. • Project management and Coordination: Act as the primary point-of-contact for day-to-day presales business operations. Communicate the progress of development projects internally and externally; develop performance metrics and milestones that enable internal and external parties to assess progress and achieve targets.

Proposal Management

• Manage the proposal production process to ensure all proposals are polished and make an impact. This includes: technical writing, editing, coordinating, designing and producing proposals in accordance with best practices, client expectations, and company’s guidelines. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leaders during each RFI/RFP to manage and maintain the bid schedule, develop content and source material for submissions. • Proactively monitor bid opportunities through all portals to ensure continued growth of sales pipeline. • Develop and manage the SharePoint site and bid library to ensure all documents are updated as necessary.

Team Management

· Recruit, train, lead, motivate, develop and manage the performance of direct reports. · Lead the team by example and integrating the Organisation’s core values into every day mindset and speech. · Create demands, SoWs and complete necessary project documentation/internal forecasting activities · Liaise with partners/other functions to ensure that the team have the right tools / skills and processes to complete their duties. · Act as a point of contact for the team in connection with any work related concerns or issues. · Ensure that all the team comply with the security and company policies. · Develop and agree personal development plans for all direct reports. · Complete the yearly performance reviews for direct reports. · Ad-hoc initiatives and projects as required by the business.
